All companies incorporated in Delaware are required to have a registered agent. A registered agent has a physical street address in Delaware and acts as the agent on behalf of the corporation to receive legal process (court orders) and the annual tax bills from the state. If you have a Delaware street address, you may act as your own agent. Our registered agent fee is $75 per year. Renews are due on the anniversary of your incorporation date.
