Submit an Order

To place an order with our company, please call us at (302) 324-5244 or email us. We do not accept online orders at this time. We accept cash, check, or money order for payment and will bill you for the services we provide. All bills must be paid within 30 days and no additional orders may be fulfilled until payment is received (exceptions made on a case-by-case basis, ask for details). If you planning to submit multiple orders on a regular basis, see our pre-paid accounts page.

You can download our application form in PDF format and return it by mail (with payment) or fax (we will bill you). We will call you to confirm your order if we have not yet spoken about it. PLEASE CALL BEFORE SENDING THE FORM!

We reserve final right of refusal with or without explanation for any order received.

One-at-a-Time Rule
In general, we will not process additional orders while we are waiting for payments on outstanding invoices. We will make exceptions to this rule on a case-by-case basis.

Note About Turn-Around Time
Submitting an order to incorporate a business does not mean you are instantly incorporated. We will contact you to confirm your order has been processed by the state. Do not initiate any contracts in your business name, obtain a business license, open a bank account, apply for an EIN, or register with another state until we have spoken to you to confirm your order.

Service Agreement

  • I understand that I have received no legal, financial, or tax advice from the Robert Chessick Company, LLC (hereinafter “RDC”).
  • I understand that the employees of RDC are not attorneys or accountants.
  • I understand that I cannot use the address of RDC as my business address, and that doing so could result in my service being terminated without refund and or civil or criminal liabilities.
  • I understand that once the order is transmitted to the state, it cannot be canceled and I cannot get my money back, and terminating the order after approval by the state may require the payment of additional fees and taxes.
  • I understand that this is a contract with an incorporation service and RDC will not have any further association with my company (except to act as registered agent if applicable). I agree to accept responsibility for this company in full once the Delaware incorporation process is complete, and will not name RDC or any of its employees as being affiliated with my entity.
  • This contract is enforceable under the laws of the State of Delaware and any enforcement actions by either party will be heard in New Castle County in the appropriate state court with jurisdiction. I understand that RDC is a Delaware-based business and all work performed on this contract will take place from Delaware .
  • I understand that RDC has final right-of-refusal to complete this order, with or without explanation. If my order is refused after payment but prior to transmittal to the state, I will receive a refund check, and refusal to cash the check may result in the money being turned over to the State of Delaware as abandoned property.
  • I have reviewed this application thoroughly and checked for and corrected any mistakes. I understand that once this paperwork is filed, RDC is not responsible for any errors or misrepresentation of facts on this application. I understand that the entity name will be completed in the company charter EXACTLY as written, even if it is misspelled.
  • REFUND POLICY: RDC will only issue refunds in the event an error is made on their part. Initial state filing fees will NOT be refunded if you choose to keep the corporation or LLC upon any necessary corrections.
