These packages and their names illustrate our most commonly requested services. A registered agent, either a person, another company, or the company itself, may act as registered agent and must have a Delaware street address. If you are using a third-party as a registered agent, we will require written authorization from the third-party, and may require the form to be notarized.

Registered agent service is NOT included below in any of the packages. We do not require you to use our registered agent service. Add $75 if registered agent service is desired.

State filing fees ARE included in the service packages. International orders are not presently accepted. Expedited processing not include Saturdays, Sundays, state holidays, or days declared as "state of emergency" by the government.

In some cases, the filing fees may be increased due to additional stock or multiple page documents. Your fee will increase in accordance with the additional fees from the state.
