However, information required to provide the services you hire us for may require us to turn information over the government agencies and or 3rd party vendors as required specifically to complete the order in question. Each government agency (such as the Secretary of State, Corporations Bureau, IRS, etc.) makes their own decisions over what information is public or private, and we have no control over those decisions. For example, the Delaware Secretary of State does not publish the list of LLC owners or managers, but the Florida Secretary of State requires such names and addresses to be published.
Chesspin does not share its database of client information with the general public, nor do we provide ownership details on any of our registered agent clients to callers. We also will not release copies of the documents to anyone unless you authorize it in advance. Your information may be released to any government agency with a lawful request and or under court order.
